THE AUCTION WILL BE RUN AS A TIMED ONLINE AUCTION:

• Auction will start on 12 August 2024, 12:00 and will end on 16 August 2024, 14:00
• Please note this is a TIMED ONLINE AUCTION. Please place your bids before or immediately after fair warning to avoid losing the item.
• The auction will be run as a timed auction with staggered closing times. The first lot will close on 16 August 2024, 14:00.  Subsequent lots will close in 2 minutes intervals.  If a bid is placed within the last minute the closing time will be reset to 2 minutes.
• It may be possible that the closing time of one lot may extend passed the closing time of a following lot.

• Buyers Commission: 15%.
• 15% VAT on all lots, on top of Buyer’s Commission.
• All goods are sold as is with NO duty to repair.
• All goods are sold subject to confirmation by the seller to the highest bidder.

VIEWING, COLLECTION AND PAYMENTS:

• Viewing at Ellenberger & Kahts - 36 Alexandra Ave, Arboretum, Bloemfontein – per appointment.

• All goods to be paid for within 24 hours from receiving proforma invoice.
• All goods will be released after the auction. All goods to be collected within 48 hours after payment reflects in Ellenberger & Kahts’ bank account.
